இது குறித்து நடிகை சிம்ரன் பகிர்ந்து கொண்டதாவது, “சில கனவுகள் நனவாக சரியான நேரம் அமைய வேண்டும். சூப்பர் ஸ்டார் ரஜினிகாந்த் சாருடன் இணைந்து முக்கியமான கதாபாத்திரத்தில் நடிப்பது என் நீண்ட நாள் கனவுகளில் ஒன்று. அது ‘பேட்ட’ திரைப்படத்தில் நிறைவேறியது. என்னுடையது சிறிய கதாபாத்திரமாக இருந்தாலும் மறக்க முடியாத அனுபவமாக இருந்தது. ஆனால், இன்று ‘தர்மன்’ படத்தில் முக்கியத்துவமும் நிறைந்த ஒரு கதாபாத்திரத்தில் அவருடன் மீண்டும் இணைந்து நடிப்பதில் நான் மிகவும் மகிழ்ச்சியடைகிறேன். இந்த வாய்ப்பை வழங்கிய ரஜினிகாந்த் சார், கமல்ஹாசன் சார், இயக்குநர் அஸ்வத் மாரிமுத்து, ராஜ் கமல் பிலிம்ஸ் இன்டர்நேஷனல் மற்றும் படக்குழுவினர் அனைவருக்கும் என் மனமார்ந்த நன்றிகள். என் திரைப்பயணம் முழுவதும் எனக்கு மாறாத அன்பையும் ஆதரவையும் வழங்கி வரும் என் ரசிகர்கள், பத்திரிகையாளர்கள் மற்றும் ஊடக நண்பர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் என் இதயப்பூர்வமான நன்றியைத் தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறேன். அவர்களது ஊக்கம்தான் ஒவ்வொரு புதிய அத்தியாயத்தையும் உற்சாகத்துடன் தொடங்க எனக்கு உதவுகிறது. ‘கேளுங்கள்… நம்புங்கள்… இந்த பிரபஞ்சம் நீங்கள் நினைக்காத விதத்தில் பதிலளிக்கும்’ என்பதில் எனக்கு எப்போதும் நம்பிக்கை உண்டு. நன்றியும் மகிழ்ச்சியும் நிறைந்த மனதுடன் இந்த அழகான புதிய அத்தியாயத்தில் அடியெடுத்து வைக்கிறேன்” என்றார்.
